Shannon Ferrell

Shannon is usually the first person you meet when entering the NCI office.  She’s also the first voice you’ll likely hear when you pick up the phone and call us.  As front desk receptionist, she greets everyone with a warm smile and friendly welcome.  In addition to reception and answering phones, Shannon provides administrative and general office support.  She brings to her role excellent customer relations skills developed from previous experiences.  Prior to joining NCI in 2021, Shannon was an appliance specialist at Home Depot, where she interacted with customers on a daily basis.  Prior to that, she was a supervisor for Bath & Body Works.  Shannon grew up and was homeschooled in Charles City, Virginia on a small farm with goats and chickens.  She’s a new mother who loves spending time with her daughter Aria and her boyfriend Rashad.  For fun, Shannon enjoys the beach, motorcycle rides with Rashad, singing karaoke, cooking and occasionally doing makeup and modeling.
