Ben Norman

Ben is the inventor. The experimenter. The consummate “do-it yourselfer”. As a young boy, he had his hands in everything – taking apart, rebuilding, modifying, testing, and otherwise finding ways to quench his overwhelming curiosity. The oldest of David’s four boys, Ben developed a knack for figuring things out, long before the world met Google. This made him a natural fit for his role in operations in addition to project management. He excels at all those functions that make a business run – computers, phones, networks, procurement, building maintenance and so on. Joining the family business in 2005, Ben is one of the firm’s four Eagle Scouts. He remains active in Scouting today and serves on the Executive Board of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia. He and his wife Tamara and their two sons enjoy family outings like boating and fishing on the Rappahannock River.
