Will Norman

Will joined the family business in 2008 during turbulent times. The housing bubble burst, Wall Street bailouts and Lehman Brothers bankruptcy triggered a global recession. U.S. consumer spending plummeted, and unemployment rose to record levels. Despite the economic impact, the company hired Will as an entry-level field helper with orders to labor and learn…and learn he did. Today, he leads construction and project management. Prior to moving from field to office, Will served as superintendent overseeing field operations for numerous projects, including the company’s largest project to date. Will attained Eagle Scout at age 16 and continues to support scouting today, serving in multiple leadership roles with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hanover County Chamber of Commerce. When he’s not hard at work, Will and his wife Becky keep themselves busy with their three children.
