Holiday Barn Pet Resorts -- Midlothan
Holiday Barn Pet Resorts -- Midlothian is a 33,000 SF 5-acre complex dedicated to the care of the family pet. The project consists of eight buildings constructed from pre-cast concrete wall panels and radiant floor heat, coupled with traditionally framed construction to complete a resort for animals' long term and short term care.
Richmond Behavioral Health Authority REACH House
The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority REACH House is a new 4,600 SF group home for the behaviorally challenged. From the ground up this is an ultra-efficient Earthcraft Certified building. It also includes a high efficiency VRF mechanical system with a stand-alone ERV, to ensure clean air quality.
Zion United Methodist Church
This project designed by Sanders Architects, PC and built by Norman Company consists of a new 11,800 SF Multi-Purpose Building addition with gymnasium, classrooms, commercial kitchen, and rest rooms, plus conversion of an existing 3,400 SF Fellowship Hall into a new Administrative Wing.
Metropolitan Baptist Church
Design-Build construction with Art & Architecture, Inc. of a 17,000 SF two-story sanctuary and classroom addition to Metropolitan Baptist Church in Petersburg, Virginia, utilizing a pre-engineered steel building and metal roof system, including steel framed exterior walls, with brick veneer and Dryvit system, and including Design-Build Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems, and Site Improvements.
Kilmarnock Church of the Latter Day Saints
New 7,000 SF Mormon Chapel designed by Thompson & Wright Architects, incorporates the existing 3300 branch building, and provides a striking change to local skyline. Construction is based on wood framed walls and roof system, brick veneer, asphalt shingle roofing, composite metal cornice, and interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, & electrical systems throughout new and existing building. Site Improvements include expanded parking and drainage.
Highland United Methodist Church -- Roofing System
Construction of new 10,000 SF truss roof framing over existing deteriorated flat roof system including new architectural standing seam metal roof system, to match existing sanctuary roof system complete with siding, cornice, gutters and downspouts, and new lightning protection system.
Colonial Christian Church Addition
This 3,850 square foot Fellowship Hall Addition with commons area and classrooms was designed by architect William Henry Harris & Associates and boasts functional design consisting of wood-framed walls and truss roof with brick veneer, asphalt shingle roof, interior finishes, and new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Catholic Church expansion project with architect William Henry Harris & Associates consisting of a new 1,950 SF expansion of existing Sanctuary, Commons Area, and Bell Tower, and a new 2,000 SF Administrative Wing. This innovative design consisted of wood framed walls and truss roof with brick veneer, asphalt shingle & metal roof system, new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Beulah Baptist Church Renovation
Beulah Baptist Church broke ground for a new portico and 2-story narthex addition on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012. Located on Route 600, just 6 miles northwest of Aylett in King William County, Virginia, the 1,600 SF expansion provides a new commons gathering area, accessible bathroom facilities for men and women, and ample storage for coats. The second level provides multi-purpose space for worship overflow and bible study, as well as bathroom facilities. The new addition is completely accessible for the physically handicapped and includes enhanced exterior and interior lighting. The new narthex addition, with a Georgian-style columned portico and Flemish Bond brick coursing, will complement the existing historic 1846 brick sanctuary that replaced the original frame church sanctuary that was built shortly after the church was constituted in 1812.
Bethany Baptist Church
Located at 16256 Richmond Road, Bethany Baptist Church has a new 230-seat Fellowship Hall, designed to complement the style and character of the existing church facility. The new 5,000 SF facility provides fellowship space with a new fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The new hall also provides multi-use fellowship, recreation and education space and is completely accessible for the physically handicapped. A new covered drop-off at the hall's entrance provides access in inclement weather. Walks, new parking and landscaping complete the design.
Williamsburg 7th Day Adventist Church -- Additions and Alterations
Addition and alterations: Construction of a 5,330 SF multipurpose use building addition including a large multipurpose room, new warming kitchen and new restrooms, design-build electrical, mechanical and plumbing and extensive site work.

New 6,600 SF parish hall including new fellowship hall, restrooms, commercial kitchen, and expansion of site utilities and parking areas.

Restoration of oldest standing building in Fredericksburg, including structural repairs and renovation of roof, windows, plaster walls and ceilings, wood work, heart pine floors, and installation of new plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire detection systems. Included ADA restroom facilities and kitchen in a new period addition.
